Infrabuild Visits Peoria

Last week, Peoria hosted several members of the Infrabuild executive team. Along with the U.S. Senior Leadership Team, they discussed opportunities and challenges facing the U.S. business. The conversation included feedback after a tour of the wire mill and mid mill, an update on the sales strategy, and a review of the financials.

The Infrabuild team complimented the Peoria team on the improvements they saw since their last visit two years ago. In addition to the updates in fencing, they noticed the hour-by-hour charts, improved safety metrics and some of the aesthetic changes. While pleased with these updates, they did mention that we have still a lot of work to do on safety, and level of execution.

Sharing ideas and information is one of the benefits of being part of a larger company that is willing to invest in the U.S. Throughout the meeting, the team reinforced that we have their full support to turn the business around.
